I had been through this journey of discovery and by self–empowerment I have stepped into more confidence to live a purposeful life. It is my desire to reach out and inspire you especially if you feel vulnerable and in need of a change from patterns and habits that are holding you back. I will support you through your journey, fostering hope, confidence and growth.
Why Me:
I am a qualified counsellor in integrative counselling, accredited in NLP, EFT, CBT, and Mindfulness meditation. My focus is on building a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients where issues can be safely explored.
I feel counselling is a good step in the right direction for building a healthy mind-set, free from anxiety, depression, stress, to step into an energised life and start doing more of what you love. My philosophy is that individuals can experience change and growth with the right support to progress in life and career.
